Hand and Occupational therapy
$200 for 60 min evaluation and treatment. Bringing traditional outpatient hand / occupational therapy to you whether you are pregnant or postpartum. Includes manual therapy, therapeutic activities, client education of anatomy, risk factors, and suggestions for activity modification.
$460 for four sessions (60 min each) of hand therapy treatment. Paid up front.
Maternal health support
$200 for 60 min assessment and intervention. Motherhood is a daily challenge. Occupational therapists are well positioned to support women in the perinatal period as they establish new roles and routines in this unique chapter. Together we will develop a plan that feels doable, meaningful, unique to you, and that supports your mental health.

Ergonomics
$200 for 60 min assessment and intervention. Hands on ergonomic support in your home to increase ease and reduce risk of injury from tasks such as infant feeding, lifting and cradling, pushing a stroller, giving a bath.
$300 for two-pack: Assessment pre-baby to assist with setup of the home, with one follow-up several weeks after birth
